We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may be subject to 100% of the service cost. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late: We may need to modify or reschedule your service. A cancellation fee may apply if we are unable to accommodate the full service.
